Ordering on our site has been designed to be secure and simple.

There are three stages to ordering products from Kentuckywoman:

1.Adding products to your shopping basket
2.Reviewing your order (using the 'view basket' button)
3.Checking out using our secure shopping cart system

To add products to your order simply find the items on the main catalogues, click the item to see a larger image and description, choose the size and colour if applicable and click the "Add to Basket " button.

The easiest way to get to the ordering stage is to click on the "View Basket" button at the top right of each page of the web site. Here you can view and change your order or proceed to the payment stage.

Checking out takes you to the final stage which is accessed through a secure server, here you must also tell us your name and address and other ordering details. We will send you a confirmation of your order via e-mail so please ensure that your email address is correct. Your details do not leave your computer until the final, secure stage.

Note: You must have cookies enabled on your browser (usually View>Internet Options>Advanced in Internet Explorer or Edit>Preferences>Advanced in Netscape Navigator). These are deleted when your browser session closes and are only used for the submission process, we receive no other information from them.

And let us assure you once again, that we pride ourselves in our confidentiality and will never pass your details to any third parties.

We have tried to make our website and ordering service as easy and convenient as possible. However, you may still like to purchase our products using more conventional methods.

You can print out a blank order form and send this to us at the address on the form or telephone your order direct to us on 0771-364-8998.

If you use the blank order form (accessible from the link above) use the catalogue nos. on our pages to order your goods and don't forget to include measurement details, colours, etc. where applicable and don't forget to look at the shipping process and options. We accept UK cheques and international money orders in addition to credit card payment. If you must send cash then UK currency only please and use registered post as we cannot assume responsibility for monies lost in transit.

Shipping Charges and Policy

Delivery Charges are calculated automatically during the ordering process and are displayed in the summary at the 'view basket' and 'checkout' stages.

Although we will dispatch all orders as soon as possible, please allow up to 7 days for delivery within the UK and Europe and up to 14 days for the rest of the world.

Shipping is charged at 8% of your order value (minimum charge is £5.00). All items are dispatched by Royal Mail first class delivery service.

Returns
Please note that a restocking fee of 15% will be charged for returned items. All returned items should be in their original condition, unused, and returned within 7 days of purchase.

Prices displayed in the online catalogues are correct and will be honoured by Kentucky Woman. We reserve the right to alter prices and specification of merchandise at any time without notice although we will make every effort to let you know if a product is in any way different from the catalogue and that our website is kept up to date.
